Exploration Dungeons!

Labyrinths with hidden passages and secrets with various rewards.
They are like the dungeons but without the dangerous mobs that block the passages with projectiles and potions that will kill you etc, the dangers in here are the environment, your judgment, and time.

Remove the food and give the player the hunger effect, add some traps and damaging environment that give them damage from time to time, sweet berry bushes (Either unharvestable or without berries) Pufferfish, magma block, fall traps, etc.

This will pressure the players into trying to clear as much as possible of the labyrinth before they starve to death, anything they've managed to get their hands on and place it in a chest at the start of every level (or just the start if there is only one level) they will keep, but anything on them when they die will be lost.
The further they go, the higher the rewards, but the further they go the bigger the chance that they will die.

Loot will be randomized every time the player enters to prevent farming certain locations and you may even place some mobs in areas with more rewarding loot.
(Player will not have access to either weapons nor armor in there, this is an exploration type labyrinth that rewards pioneers and those crafty enough to find the hidden areas.)

We might as well add a goal that the player can reach in order to get out safely without dying, that could get added to a scoreboard and keep the competitive spirit alive between players and we could even add a secret boss or two that you will need to kill in a more creative way since you don't have any armor or weapons.
(ex, lure it to an area with plenty of magma blocks, trick it into running in a sweet berry bush, etc.)

I got this idea when I did the survey for the upcoming Skyblock (Hype!) and decided to make a suggestion here as well and see if there is anything that anyone would like to add or suggest like a trap or reward and so on.

What do you guys think?

I personally liked this idea a lot, feels like some of those adventure maps that challenge you in a different way then the usual PvE.
