Simply put, if you use your Bottomless Bucket on any fish  it will turn into a bucket with that specific fish instead of staying a bottomless bucket.

1.Take Bottomless bucket into hand.
2.Right click fish with Bottomless Bucket

Warning that you can't pick up fish with Bottomless Bucket.  Bucket stays the same.
6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead?
Bottomless Bucket will turn into the specifc bucket with the fish picked up.

Warning that you can't pick up fish with Bottomless Bucket.
