1. A one-sentence summary of bug: Mobs despawning with no trace despite having nametags or being passive mobs like villagers

2. Priority to fix? medium to high

3. Which server? Redwood, would assume it the same on every server

4. Steps to Reproduce: there isnt, it happens seemingly randomly

7. Proposed Fix (Optional): perhaps look at farmlimiter code

8. Notes (Optional): pwnyy told me of a named zombie who despawned with no trace, and my villagers despawned with no /co l detection at -1716 128 1571 on redwood
