Sword of Zeus not working on pigs

1. A one-sentence summary of bug: Sword of Zeus doesn't seem to be working on pigs.

2. Priority to fix? medium

3. Which server? Redwood

4. Steps to Reproduce: Kill a bunch of pigs with sword of zeus

5. Expected Outcome: 20% of hits would summon lightning

6. Actual Outcome: Killed a bunch of pigs, probably more than 30, usually 4 hits each, no lightning at all.

7. Proposed Fix (Optional):

8. Notes (Optional): Pigs were in the overworld, most of them were open to the sky. Also tested the sword on pigmen in the nether, and that worked as expected.

Video works a little better than a screenshot in this case, so here's a comparison of pigs and pigmen. Note that I did have a larger sample size of pigs than I caught in this recording, and not once did I see lightning from hitting pigs.
