Minor bug with Global chat message color codes

1. A one-sentence summary of bug: when you send a message in /g, the name of the person sending the message shows up completely light blue to everyone who's not on the same server as you

2. Priority to fix? {Low}

3. Which server? {Spawn, Redwood, Cypress, Maple, Willow, Expanse, DungeonRun, Rush, Creative}
Happens on all servers except the server you're currently on when you send the message

4. Steps to Reproduce: Please list the step-by-step methods to reproduce the issue
1. log in with your main account and an alt
2. have your alt join a different server than the one your main is on
3. send a message in global chat with /g
4. the name of the person sending the global chat message will appear completely light blue to your alt

5. Expected Outcome: What did you expect to happen?
the name of the person sending the global chat message is pink (or purple for redbau)

6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead?
the name of the person sending the global chat message appears completely light blue to all servers other than the one you're currently on
