Bring the Quiz back for new players

In my opinion the Quiz for new players needs to be implemented again.
A lot of new players who dont know the rules or dont behave PG join these days, so staff have a lot more work.
They lose a lot of time for their own or to help other players with serious problems and I think that needs to be fixed.
