Farms Command Update: No Zero Tick Farms

Super small feedback, just to answer a common question.

Can we add that zero-tick farms are not allowed as another rule when using /farms? I've heard it mentioned (and I assume that's 100% valid).

1/10 difficulty to implement I hope.
