I know there is a place for mods to be suggested, however I have not gotten feedback in the past regarding suggested mods using the mods-specific Google form. Might I suggest we move mod suggestions to Ideas and Feedback? I think this would be the more intuitive place for this feedback to exist and might make reviewing them by the team easier as well.
That being said, I have a simple mod I really enjoy using, Notes Fabric. It is a very simple and lightweight client-side mod that allows users to take notes in-game. This is a very simple accessibility and quality of life feature that does not provide anything different than pen and paper does. Notes can be pinned on-screen for easy access to coordinate markers, reminders, lists, etc.

Another type of mod that would be helpful is something that will auto-sort inventories. This might seem trivial, but I am a player with ADHD, and inventory management is the bane of my existence in-game. I play with inventory sorting as a type of accesibility feature that makes the game much more enjoyable. It also does not offer anything in-game that a player couldn't otherwise do manually and gives no competitive edge to one player over another. The inventory sorting mods I have seen require server-side support, with 'Inventory Sorting' being the most poular among them:
