Priority to fix? Meduim

Which server? I believe this happens in every tree server

Steps to Reproduce: Have the feather duster item and use it on a cobweb

Expected Outcome: The item to drop right in front of me

Actual Outcome: It goes off to the side, and depending on the angle, it goes into a wall to never be seen again

Proposed Fix: Make it drop exactly where the cob web was even if it has to wait a second or two or make sure never spawns the item in a wall

Notes: Ive lost one netherite ingot, two diamonds, two emeralds and a gold ingot due to this, I can tell because I saw the particle effect for it, ie black for netherite ingot but i never got it
