Players are randomly teleported to the lobby throughout the day

As far as I know, this has happened on Sequoia thus far. Not sure what other servers this applies to.

4. Steps to Reproduce: Please list the step-by-step methods to reproduce the issue

Be on the server for an extended period of time and will be teleported to the lobby. I usually come back from being afk at my farm to see that I am at the lobby even though the server hasn't restarted. 

5. Expected Outcome: What did you expect to happen? I stay in the server I was in.

6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead? Teleported to the lobby
