Some /homes on Creative do not work, says "Error: invalid world."

Medium-High.

4. Steps to Reproduce:

Do /home (a name of home), and chances are an error message will pop up.

5. Expected Outcome:

To teleport to the named home.

6. Actual Outcome:

Produced an error message and did not teleport.
