Cross Server /home

So this idea has likely been considered and might be too complex to implement, but essentially a way to immediately (after the 6 or 10 seconds) go to a home on another server. Would still cost an eye of tp, but saves a few seconds if you have to use /go then /home once you are on the correct server. Could be /home maple:coolcave or something like that if feasible
