Bans&rules tab on the forum with actual rules

On the forum we have the "Bans&rules" tab but it only has the bans and no rules.
Or the tab needs to be renamed or the rules need to be added there since you can't find any of the server and discord rules on the forum.

This is completely inline with the Wildercraft theme since they are the Wildercraft server rules.
How hard is this to implement? 1/10
