the baby feed does not work

1. A one-sentence summary of bug: so swoven, yacob, and i tested the baby feed on cypress and redwood giving it to little mooshroom cows, sheeps, and regular cows, and they all grew up. heyyawl reported that the baby feed doesnt work on any of the animals its supposed to (llamas, donkeys, horses, cows, mooshrooms, sheep)

2. Priority to fix? medium

3. Which server? only tested on redwood and cypress but i assume its globally

4. Steps to Reproduce: get a small sheep
feed the baby feed to the sheep
watch as it grows into big boy
5. Expected Outcome: you would expect the animals to be small forever

6. Actual Outcome: they grew up

7. Proposed Fix (Optional): N/A

8. Notes (Optional): feeding regular wheat to the baby cows (which have had the baby feed) speeds up their inevitable growth
