Title: /Admin armor and inv issues
Summary: So this is 2 bugs in one. When you're in /o and attempt to take things out of players invs (mostly for griefings and xrayers) you have to get out of /o and then do it for the items to get transfered from one inv to another. Also, returning armor to players dissapears into thin air.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) get into /o
2) type /admin and click the inv button
3)notice how you cannot take things out of the players inv
----------------------
1) get in /o
2) place armor on someone in the /admin system
Expected Outcome:
In the first case, we would expect the armor to return back onto the player, in the second case we would expect to take things out of the players inv regaurdless of what mode we're in
Actual Outcome:
In the first case the items dissapear, and in the second you cannot take things out of their inv

Notes (Optional):
The inv is especially important so we do not reveal ourselves while dealing with xrayers (it would cause them to stop)

Title: Players stuck in observe in dungeon runs
Summary: Multiple players such as Patykoksu, Two_Percent_Milk, and Guchii have gotten stuck in /o while attemping to join a 3+ person dungeon run. 

Priority and Severity:

Expected Outcome:
Well we expect all players to be in surivival mode, rather than one stuck in observe. 
Actual Outcome:
Players are getting stuck in observe

Notes:
This should only happen if/when a player dies.

Title: Dungeon Text
Summary: When ken, swoven, and i were testing dungeon runs, we noticed that everytime we opened a door the text below popped up on every single door we opened, without us opening multiple rooms in 5 seconds or less

This text should only pop up if the team/player is opening doors 5 seconds or less
Actual Outcome:
The text shows up everytime you open a door/click a door

Title: Dungeon Run rooms
Summary: so this is gonna be a combo of bugs daisy and i found. so firstly, if you choose to do a 25 room nature run, it somehow turns into an 100 room epic run. usually when doing dungeon runs you have a 25 room(nature), 50 room (toxic sludge and sewers) 75 room (nether) and 100 (boss), none of these signifigant rooms show up during the runs.

Steps to Reproduce: 

Expected Outcome:
Firstly We would expect a 25 dungeon run to be 25 rooms rather than 100, and also you would expect to see boss rooms and the signifigant rooms.
Actual Outcome:
25 rooms turns into 100, and none of these rooms are present

Title: Feral distribution between servers
Summary: Ferals are supposed to go to the server with the lowest player count, and this is not happening, right now theyre being sent to the highest.

Steps to Reproduce:
N/a
Expected Outcome:
The expected outcome are for ferals to be sent to the server with the lowest number of players so we have an even distribution of players and lag is controlled


Actual Outcome:
Ferals are being sent to the wrong servers
