Helper warning -> ban system

Can there be a system added when a player is warned enough times by a helper the player gets banned.
Sometimes it can take a while before a mod can come on when there is only a helper on the server.
With this system toxic players can be banned faster

Oh I asked capndiln this and got told helpers can only do a certain amount of warnings but it wont auto ban someone when a certain amount of warnings is reached. My idea came from other servers where they have a system like this.
