2 issues regarding WilderShears (a = lilac bug, b = xp exploit)

1. A one-sentence summary of bug:
    a) Lilac does not drop dye with WilderShears.
    b) 2 block tall flowers can be exploited for xp with WilderShears

2. Priority to fix? {High, Medium, Low}
    a) Low
    b) High

3. Which server? {Spawn, Redwood, Cypress, Maple, Willow, Expanse, DungeonRun, Rush, Creative}
    a + b) All

4. Steps to Reproduce: Please list the step-by-step methods to reproduce the issue

5. Expected Outcome: What did you expect to happen?
    a) Gain magenta dye
    b) Lose flower from inventory but gain xp and dye

6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead?
    a) Got back lilac and no dye
    b) Gained xp, dye, and the flower

7. Proposed Fix (Optional): Do you have a suggestion?
    a) Add lilac to the WilderShear code (seems like it's missing, super easy to fix probably)
    b) No clue

8. Notes (Optional): Anything else we should keep in mind in relation to this issue?
     No
