Title: Claim Blocks Bug
Summary: Players getting only basic claim amount without their rank adding.

Priority and Severity:
B

Server:
Redwood player Travelling to Cypress.

Steps to Reproduce:
I'm playing originally on Redwood. just want to see the life in Cypress so I went here and just discovered I only have 164 blocks of claim available when I am an Ancient rank.

Expected Outcome:
Have at least 100k blocks claimable (Ancient Rank)

Actual Outcome:
No bonus claim blocks, just Basic claim + playtime
