Title: Mobs Spawning in shop
Summary: Mobs are spawning in the ocean/dock shops

Priority and Severity: C

Server: Redwood

Steps to Reproduce: if you wonder around that area every so often a mob will spawn

Expected Outcome: For those shops to be mob free

Actual Outcome: Mobs will spawn in that area

Proposed Fix: Change the chunks to mushroom fields like in Cypress
