What is Ocean Moon?

Ocean moon is a survival server that focuses on simplicity. It features:

• Less restrictive chat filter — oh d*$#!
• Monthly MoonCrate items!
• Vote ranks + VoteCrate
• 1st vote == 100% chance crate key!
• PvP arenas and rankings
• World never resets
• Keep inventory is enabled world-wide

The chat filter will be a lot less restrictive but still removes/bans toxic hate speech. We will always work to keep our communities safe and fun, so do not worry, this is not an anarchy server! Staff will be moderating chat and calming tense situations.

MoonCrate Items

Each month we'll be updating the crate to include new items made by our amazing staff team and myself! You'll see some familar items from Wilder but with a twist! Also many new items for PvP are in the works! These custom items are also balanced for survival gameplay, but with less focus on trade-offs and costs compared to Wilder items.

• Moon Sword — Double dmg at night
• Moon Pickaxe — 1% Chance for haste (5s)
• Obbundance Pickaxe — Extra obsidian drops
• Basalt Bow — Double dmg in Nether
• Millionaires Pick — Track mined via /milly
• Ore Extractor — Smelts ores
• Ice Bow — Freezing explosion, 5s cooldown
• Grappling hook — Travel through the air
• Rain Stick — Make it rain for 15 min
• Sun Stick — Make it sunny for 15 min
• Void Saver — Cheat void death once
• Lava Saver — Cheat lava death once
• Weed Eater — Chop grass for bonus seeds
• Soil Tiller — Till a 3x3 area
• Seed Spreader — Plant a patch of wheat
• Lumberjack's Edge — Chop 2-4 logs at once
• Necromancer's Shield — Chance heal on mob death
• Ghost Plate — 50% chance to revive
• Inferno Sword — Inflame nearby mobs
• Tree Trimmer — Cut leaves around you

Why maker another survival Minecraft server in 2022?

For several yeras now I've wanted to take the ideas I've learned on WilderCraft and apply it to another server. So one year ago I started a second server as a very slow side project. A chance to simplify WilderCraft for players and for myself!

What about WilderCraft?

WilderCraft is not going anywhere! There are lots of new features are in the works for Wilder and staff teams and I are very excited to release a ton of new features this year. I have grand plans for a long and healthy future for both servers. WilderCraft won't be going away and we expect players to find reasons to play on both servers if they have the time.
