It would be fun to have people who are #1 on the leaderboard for season 5 get a fun reward for season 6. Maybe a shield or armor piece with the leaderboard item on it? I am sure Richy would LOOOOVE to wear a chest with a giant pumpkin on it! Vam would love a shield with a bed on it, etc! Richy would need a wither with a pumpkin head since he leads a couple categories! Fun incentive and not a huge advantage or anything :P
