As discussed in Chapter 2 feedback, add the mending ability to this tool so a player can hold an item in their off hand with mending and use the stored XP in the bottle to mend it while on the go.

It was agreed that, in its current form, the bottle is a little scuffed. There is a concern that Dungeon Run bottles are going to lose a lot of value if the Reusable XP Bottle can just have bottles pulled out of it, but that seems like the easiest way to solve it not being useful for mending.

I think the team wants this to work, but also don't want to negatively impact the economy and valuable items that exist. It's being escalated to see what can be done.
