Make the clearing feature on the everlasting torch something we can toggle with a simple command, like the command to change from fortune to silk touch on the wilder pick. 

This has been brought up a few times, and the thought is that this might be a bug. GoldenFlame is going to check how the item is supposed to work and we will circle back on it next meeting. I'll post an update once I have more info, but you aren't the only one that has asked for this. We're gonna try and clear it up, and if it's a "feature" we'll propose that it's removed or have a toggle added.
