I don't know how much trouble this is, but as long as voting is broken, I'd like to suggest that the server broadcast message for vote rewards be DISABLED. Report it to the player who recieved the reward of course, but these messages being seen by those getting garbage rewards or none at all only make people angry. Every. Single. Time. It. Happens.
