While we wait for the other ranks, people without the required playtime are stuck at feral and unable to manage their pre-existing claims. Short of adding these two other ranks, a solution would be to add permission to manage claims to all ranks as currently people without Explorer cannot manage claims and cannot run /seen as these are missing from Scavenger. 

Seconded. I know it's the start of a new season and everyone's busy with that, but several of my things no longer work because they rely on pistons, which are disabled outside of claims here.
