Which server? Tree Servers (tested on Maple)

Steps to Reproduce: Right-click a grass block with an enchanted diamond shovel (Shovels used had eff 4 or 5, and Unbr 3)

Expected Outcome: The grass block turns into a grass path 

Actual Outcome: The grass block doesn't change and an error message pops up 

Notes: Unenchanted diamond shovels work fine 

Screenshots: Picture not showing, message said "[Error] You can't place Diamond Shovel."

Also appears that this is happening for other tools, e.g. netherite hoe
