Combine /where and /seen

It would be very helpful if /where and /seen could be combined into a single command that could tell you, where someone was, and how long ago, if they were online it would tell you where they are and how long they have been there.

At a minimum, it could just be /seen
if they're online, where they're at
if they're not, when were they last online.

it involves no new functionality, should be a fairly simple change.

The new functionality would be that it would tell you where they were last at when they were online. If it's easy to implement I think it would be a nice touch to /seen and /where. (I have to run like 12 commands to see where my base mates are/were currently)
