We should have a board of public, open towns at the local spawns of the tree servers, containing names, coordinates, leading player names, and some basic town info. This would help newer players find who they need to talk to if they wish to join a town.

Just to add context: I know this had been discussed before, but there is a bit of difficulty that comes with this in the form of upkeep. There's a number of towns, and if information changes or people move, there would need to be a way to update it, ideally without staff needing to be involved.

I would personally like to see something along these lines added to the Ancient Warps.
