Tossing items into water causes them to sink!

Not sure if its full bug or not but everytime i toss an item from iventory into the ocean it straight up sinks and half the time dissapears. Not sure whats going on but yeah...i can take video if needed to prove

This is not a bug. When items are thrown into water they will sink until they lose momentum, then slowly rise to the surface.

Unless you're using soul sand/magma blocks to create bubble columns, then it'll instantly rise/risk respectively.

But yeah, that's vanilla functionality.

Yeah I don't think it's a bug, that's an intended feature, but a lot of the times the items just.. disappear
