As new players join the server, they all take the wild warp to find a plave they're allowed to build. Most don't venture further into the wilderness, resulting in a high concentration of builds right at the warp radius.

I don't know what a better radius for it would be that balances distance from other's builds with ease of transport to and from spawn, but I do think it should be at least a few hundred blocks bigger.
