A monopoly has emerged in the end city market. Very few players have access to unraided end cities, and those who got elytras early on are able to completely search the entirety of the end dimension in a matter of hours, with the help of voxelmap. The solution? Disabiling elytra in part of the end.

I propose a nerf to one of the quadrants of the end, beyond 200 blocks from the dragon island, (x>200, z>200 for example) that disables elytra use, so that players have a chance to find unraided end cities, without buying elytra from another player first.

This increases the ability of new players to have fun while end raiding instead of being met with only disappointment, while decreasing the ability of players with elytra from keeping a monopoly on all shulker and elytra supplies.

This idea should not be too hard to implement as it can be achieved with the same anticheat perameters that prevent modded flight everywhere on the server, but it would now stop excluding exceptions for elytra in a particular section of the end. 3/10 difficulty to implement.
