Title: AFK kick when rejoining server
Summary: if you go /afk and leave before moving, when you rejoin the server will kick you for being inactive if you relog an hour or longer later

Priority and Severity:
c

Server:
Tested redwood and cypress, would assume all (happens to Creative as well - poffy)

Steps to Reproduce:
Go /afk, leave, wait an hour and rejoin

Expected Outcome:
not too be kicked immediatley

Actual Outcome:
Kicked

Proposed Fix (Optional):
N/A dont know, coding issue maybe?
