End Sethome Not Ending Up Where I Set Home

Title: End Sethome Not Ending Up Where I Set Home
Summary: I'm in the first level of an end city. I set home. I then try to go to that home. I end up just out of sight of the end city, in the direction of the coordinate origin.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand within an end city.
2. "/sethome endcity"
3. "/home endcity"

Expected Outcome:
I end up where I was standing when I issued the "/sethome endcity" command.

Actual Outcome:
I end up just out of sight of the end city, about 3-5 chunks away.
