Title: Ruby Key Bug
Summary: Ruby key not dropping for the player who spawned it on the kill, although, it does spawn to a random player in the fight like it supposed too

Priority and Severity:
C, not a huge issue, can be fixed by mods getting one for the affected player in the short term

Server:
Redwood

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn and kill Ruby Dragon
Expected Outcome:
Ruby Key to be dropped to spawning player

Actual Outcome:
No Key given

Proposed Fix (Optional):
Not sure, may be a ruby dragon code issue, as 2 other bugs reported with it, (refer to ruby glass bug and ruby dragon render bug)

Notes (Optional):
If replicated, do it with more than 1 player to ensure 2 keys are given out
