I have an idea to tie together the cosmetics and remembering old wilder.  my idea is that depending on what rank you were, (wander, lightfoot, pathfinder, etc.)  so my idea is that if you had pathfinder or up, you get a free cosmetic (prob a hat). (the cosmetic changes between rank)

I think that would go a long way in bridging a gap, but idk that it's one that would ever happen. Currently all new cosmetics (Hats and pets) are locked behind $40-$70 pay wall. 
It would require a mentality change of these cosmetics being purely for people who put in$40-$70. Which would be a welcome change, but doesn't seem to be the direction they want to take. (I hope they do though)
