5. Expected Outcome: What did you expect to happen? Piston will extend when there is no block next to it's head. with or without claims

6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead? Piston did not extend

8. Notes (Optional): Anything else we should keep in mind in relation to this issue? I have tested it in Redwood and Tech server and piston works fine and extend in unclaimed area. Additionally, the bug seems to start after Expanse was updated because some of my farm that uses piston was still working before that.
