1. A one-sentence summary of bug: my soul bound wilderblade that I myself got through voting is not dropping heads, this started about a week ago. 

2. Priority to fix? {High, Medium, Low} low/medium just whenever someone has time to check it out. (:

3. Which server? {Spawn, Redwood, Cypress, Maple, Willow, Expanse, DungeonRun, Rush, Creative} willow

Steps to Reproduce: Please list the step-by-step methods to reproduce the issue: I will kill naturally spawned mobs (skeletons, enderman etc) and I get no heads, I've killed maybe 50ish mobs the last few days and I've gotten 0 heads compared to usually getting quite a few before it 'stopped working' 

5. Expected Outcome: What did you expect to happen? I expected a head drop

6. Actual Outcome: What happened instead? No heads dropped 

7. Proposed Fix (Optional): Do you have a suggestion? Unfortunately no, I have no idea why it is not working or how to fix it. 

8. Notes (Optional): Anything else we should keep in mind in relation to this issue? Well I think deelite says their wilderblade won't show the heads they've recieved and someone else said they don't get dropped head messages.
