So, Wilderbeacons are problematic. They can't be relocated ever. And say you right click it with a diamond. You expect it to last 24h of playtime -- with chunks loaded. But itexpires in a day wheter peopl have been there or not.

It should be changed. Either y'all need to figure out hoe much time passes with the wilder beacon loaded in its chunk or just take the time limit off.

People pay money for these. They can't throw in a diamond a day just to keep some mobs away. It's definitely more trouble than it's worth.

I see gold is not so bad with ability to add 3 days at once. It's not too bad. Could it be improved to be able to add 64 days at once perhaps?

Well firstly the wilderbeacon can be relocated. Also, you can use farmable fuels such as iron and gold for renewability, or you can use netherite ingots for longer lasting fuel. Honestly I think it's pretty good.
