So basic premise - enchanted stick , right click chest full of nuggets to turn into ingots, ingots into blocks. Would also work with string-wool nether quartz- quartz block , nether brick - netherbrick blocks and probably others I am forgetting. 

To arrive at this idea I am taking the purpose of /condense and combining it with the idea of those sell rods you get on some wack skyblock servers and stuff and then you get your Stick of condensing.

This is an interesting idea but we do not see a purpose for it at them moment. You never know what will happen in the future and a need may arise so we will keep this on file. We look forward to your next idea!
