Hi this is short but:

I keep seeing a lot of people having trouble linking their email (it happened to me as well). It's mostly because it's in their junk folder but for mine and others, it was because we didn't use a gmail. I think we should tell people to use a gmail, as well as the other things like checking junk. To decrease staff having to reset after someone tried an outlook this could also be noted in a small guide on how to link your email, if there isn't already one. If there is one, can it be more easily found because I cannot find it.
