I am doing this on behalf of XChessCharlieX.
Their idea is a wildercrate idea and it is an enchanted book that you can apply to your tool/armour. It has a small percentge to instantly kill mobs around you. Too make sure it isn't too OP, the percentage would be quite small but could stack over time of not using it.
No nametagged mobs would be affected so iron farms and villager trading areas would no be affected.
