All too often will somebody misclick and buy one of these filler items instead of the valuable item they desire and if that is a newer player that is very often all their diamonds down the drain... I believe this was intended to be in this seasons new shop rules but never made it to the /shoprules command in game. Chests can look pretty without junk items filling the slots by arranging the items to leave empty slots in a pretty pattern instead of renamed glass panes / dirt / filler item of choice.
