1. A one-sentence summary of bug: It is possible to harvest crops in another players spawn shop.

2. Priority to fix? Medium

3. Which server? Spawn

4. Steps to Reproduce: Plant crops in a shop plot and have another player try to harvest them

5. Expected Outcome: No perms

6. Actual Outcome: I was able to harvest the crops

7. Proposed Fix (Optional): Remove harvest perms in shop plots
