I think a PVP arena would be a good idea as some people enjoy that area of the game. the PVP arena would make it so the loser doesn't lose their stuff. this would add to the enjoyment of the server for these players, and wouldn't contract to the no PVP outside it as it doesn't allow for PVP outside it. I think this would improve the server and the only con I can think of it the admins need to build another building at spawn/wherever it goes.
